This involved seven Yr 10 Gifted & Talented drama students who took part in this exciting drama experience with Sixth Sense. Entitled 'Playmakers' it was led by professional director Andrew and staged at The Wyvern Theatre’s Studio One.

The aim of the week was to enable the students to understand the roles of artists and the mechanics of developing a professional production.

The students chose to stage a Brechtian style show based on Hansel and Gretel. With a simply stage set, dramatic lighting and their own vocally created sound effects, the play was shown at the end of the week to their families. The drama department hope to showcase the play to KS3 students and also a workshop on family breakdown and repair.
