Alston Dance

In February Yr 10 GCSE dance students and Yr 9 who have opted for dance took part in a unique dance workshop with Alston Dance company. The group then went to watch the company perform at the Wyvern that evening.

The company's repertoire for this tour included a new revival of Richard Alston's classic 1999 work Roughcut, his latest creation Out of the Strong, plus Overdrive, Light Flooding Into Darkened Rooms, Shuffle It Right and Martin Lawrance's Lie of the Land.
