1940s Dance

Sounds of the forties echoed through Commonweal School's hall on 8th February when we stepped back in time to that era.  Our community partners, Swindon Big Band, played to a packed house who danced the night away.

Prior to the concert there was a dance workshop where party goers learnt a simple Waltz and Foxtrot with Maria Howse from Cadley School of Dance.

During the break   the school choir sang songs and there were some stunning performances by The Stellars. All in all a highly successful evening for the school and the wider community.
