Rock Concert

On the last day of term before the Summers holidays our technician and super hero Nick Weaver staged a lunchtime concert. This was to showcase some of the school's rock talent, which Nick has been nurturing throughout the year.

The line up was the Frosted Teacakes and Sweeter Than Peter. Nick's tech crew worked hard to produce a good sound out front and a nice light show!

"Our names are Sam, Sajid and Abid. Influences are pop bands like the Wombats (we did a cover of them), and Jack Penate and the Foals. I mainly write the songs and Sajid has writen 1 or 2 as well. We like to have fun while we are playing and we all like music alot!!!!!! The lunchtime gig was really fun and we would love to do it again. We have played three other gigs including the Lawns, and the Old Town Fest," Sam Cox Yr 7, Sweeter Than Peter
